Village Wools is owned and operated by ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 1054701), which operates the brand in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how you can pay and how we protect your payment.
Payment methods
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, and with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where your device supports them. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We do not accept cash, cheques or bank transfers.
Currency and prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes and import duties. Delivery is free. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount charged; there are no additional fees and nothing to pay on delivery.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, or you cancel it before dispatch, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.
Security
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted (SSL) connection and are protected by 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check). We never see or store your full card details.
Refunds
Refunds are always made to the original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving a return or confirming a cancellation. See our Returns & refund policy.
Problems with a payment
If a payment is declined, please check the card details and the billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, email us at support@villagewools.com or use our Contact page and we will help. Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (UK time).
